5 story wood framed wrap project with a precast parking garage. The project will contain 413 units with 528,000 gsf, which will include Retail/Commercial and Residential Leasing/Amenity areas at Level 1 and a Residential Amenity area at Level 6. . The Level 1 ground floor Commercial and Amenity areas will be framed in concrete with a concrete podium slab at level 2. The precast garage will be designed by the precaster’s engineer with the foundations designed by our office.
