Through the teaming of Zivan Cohen and the late Dick Tadjer, Tadjer-Cohen and Associates, Inc. was established in 1962 to provide consulting structural engineering services. The firm was later renamed to Tadjer-Cohen-Edelson & Associates, Inc (TCE & Associates, Inc). Today, the principals at TCE & Associates are jointly registered in numerous states and have extensive experience with design, construction, and repair and restoration totalling over 50 billion dollars of in-pace construction to date.
